How to extract motion from a video?

1. Look for a button that says "Import Video" in the Asset panel.
2. Click it, and a window will pop up showing your computer's files.
3. Find the video you want to use and select it.

Keep in mind that not all videos work perfectly for 3D animation. Here are some tips:

• Use a video where the person's whole body is visible.
• Make sure the lighting is good so we can see all the movements clearly.
• Try to have a simple background without too many other people or objects moving around.
