Export

Supported Formats: Plask allows you to export animated models in FBX, GLB, and BVH formats.

  1. Initiating Export: Once you've finalized your animation, right-click on the motion you wish to export and choose the desired save format.
  2. Model Visualization: Before exporting, ensure that the model is visualized in the viewport.
  3. Export Modal Settings:
    • File Format Selection: Choose from FBX, GLB, or BVH formats.
    • BVH Restrictions: If your model hasn't been retargeted, it cannot be exported in BVH format. When using BVH, only animations from the 24 mapped bones are extracted. This format is particularly recommended for users of 3ds Max.
    • Motion Selection: You can opt to export a specific motion, include all motions, or exclude all motions from the export. Export
  4. Exporting: Click the "Export" button to initiate the download of your animated model.
  5. Post-Export Verification: Once exported, it's a good practice to check the file in a program compatible with the chosen format. Some recommended programs include 3ds Max, Maya, Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, and others.
